• Chemison's philosophy with customer is quite simple: if a gear sold by Chemison disappoint with failures and malfunctions the fault is ever on the customer side. If customer be quiet, everything is ok but if customer protest, made a complaint, etc., then Chemison goes against customer and tries to put him in jail if it was necessary.

• Between audio and video professionals Chemison company is well known in Spain as a real predator and customers have got a lot of problems with this company along the time..

• To all these brand managers: please, let me express to you my love, worship and devotion for your brands, a real reference in audio and video. Everybody knows that some of these brands are ever my first choice and I feel passion for them. Your brands are great and wonderful but, please, you must know that your Spanish distributor Chemison is a shameless that doesn't solve customer problems and intimidate to him with jail when customer made a complaint.
• Every day new Spanish consumers, audiophiles and A/V fans know this web and this file. All these new Spanish consumers know Chemison behaviour with customers. Perhaps this knowledge isn't good for business. I'm very sorry: my apologies for that to all these brands people. I know these brands never deserve this setback but all my efforts directed to find any solution to this problem with Chemison, Clave Audio and Meridian have been a breakdown. • It's a Chemison/Meridian dealer located in Madrid (Spain). This dealer bought Meridian ill gears to Chemison. Clave Audio sold them to customer through Cosesa (another hi-fi shop). Sales commision of Clave Audio by this sale was 50%. Clave Audio confession recognized this company bought Meridian gears to Chemison and sold them to customer.

• As Chemison, Clave Audio philosophy is also simple: if customer make a complaint the best thing to do is to require a judge putting in jail to customer. Please note that this customer didn't make any suit against Clave Audio while Clave Audio did three attempts to put this customer in jail.
• Clave Audio was a witness of Meridian 565 7.1 failures and malfunctions at its own shop. However, only when this web page was active on the Internet its managers confessed this event. Its full confession 84 months later than the purchase only can mean that Clave Audio didn't take care of customer, Clave Audio only take care of its own business and sales.
